Later, four people were arrested and booked into Benton County jail, and they were charged for second-degree theft, possession of stolen property and identity theft.

However, the Police didn’t verify the names of the suspects; they might have used their aliases.

They have been recorded in the jail log as John Doe, 21; George Vasile, 35; Denis Legun, 21; and Ana Onici, 22.

The Police department of Richland and other Tri-cities officials said that they were coordinating investigation in the matter and the investigation was on an early stage.

It is to be reported here that two people in the second car were injured, but none of them had any major injuries.

The suspect of the whole incident was taken to hospital as he also had injuries and later booked into the Benton County jail. The animals present in the car were given to animal control.

The suspect was in a black colored sedan, possibly a Honda Civic. The Police department is now trying to get help from the public for tracing the suspect. People are requested to call to the Police phone numbers if they have any kind of information of the suspect.

These three incidents in the tri-cities area are much of concern regarding the law and order situation in the whole state. Criminals have been roaming free without any fear of the law. A better patrolling system and responsive policing is the need of the hour.
